Banff, Canada Take Two

After enjoying a breakfast sandwich and saying good-bye to my new friends, I left Prince George at 7:45 am and traveled 418.7 miles to Banff.  It was 51 degrees when I left Prince George and 72 degrees in Banff.

I wanted to push myself to get to Banff as my next stop is going to be Glacier National Park in Montana.  I wanted to spend two nights there.

Since it was a holiday weekend in Canada (labor day weekend) there were a lot of people in town.

Once I got to my campsite in Banff National Park, I got onto the free shuttle into town.   I just walked around and grabbed something to eat.  It felt good to walk around and get some fresh air.

I was camping in a “dry” camping spot with no electrical hookup.  I had no need for air conditioning, so no issues with my battery power supply.

I had a good night’s sleep.

Next stop is Glacier National Park in Montana
