Terrace, BC. Canada

I left Stewart, BC at 8:05am and it was 56 degrees.  I drove 206.2 miles and it was in the high 60’s and sunny when I arrived in Terrace.

Prior to reaching our camping spot for the night, I made a quick stop at Walmart to pick up a few things.

In Terrace we were “Dry Camping”.  This means that we were spending the night without electricity, water or a place to dump our tanks.  Our camp site was actually a big field next to our host’s home.  It was called “Hulls Dry Camping”.

I have lithium batteries, so I have no issue with dry camping.  I still had electricity for lights and hair dryer and a full tank of water for showering in the morning.

This property was beautiful!  It was situated on a lake.  The owner took a few of us out in his boat for a ride around the lake.  It was very beautiful!

Today our wagon masters prepared dinner for us and the owner of the property also provided us with some cooked salmon that was caught locally.  We sat in our chairs outside while enjoying dinner and each other’s company.

We had a chance to talk about the trip and what we have enjoyed the most during the past two months together.  Our wagon masters gave each RV a towel that had a map of Alaska.

The sunset was also stunning.

Next up we head to Prince George, Canada.
